PROCESS

From first call to launch — written down, never guessed at.

Most website projects go wrong for the same reason: nobody wrote down what was being built. Six steps, and each one ends with something you can read or see — not a verbal promise.

01

Requirement call

We talk through exactly what the website has to do — who visits it, what they need to accomplish there, and what you need to see on your side. The call is free, and you are under no obligation afterwards.

02

Written scope

You get the requirement back in writing: the page list, the feature list, what is included and what is deliberately left out. This document ends every later argument, because both sides are working from the same list.

03

Estimate & timeline

An honest estimate and a realistic timeline against that scope. If the job is bigger than it first looked, we say so upfront — quoting low and raising it later is not how we work.

Design

Structure first, then the look. Development only starts once you have approved the design, so the finished site is never the first time you see where things ended up.

Development

The actual build, with a link you can open at any time to watch it take shape. You review at every milestone — we do not disappear for three weeks and deliver a surprise.

Launch & handover

You buy the domain and hosting in your own name — we tell you exactly what the build needs — and we deploy onto them. Handover includes a walkthrough of how to run the site and a support window after go-live.

WHAT WE
NEED FROM YOU

The sooner this arrives, the sooner the site goes live.

The most common reason a build stalls is waiting on content — the design is ready and the photos never come. If your content is not ready, say so: we can work to the structure with placeholders and swap the real material in later.

CHECKLIST

  • Domain and hosting bought in your own name — if you have not bought them yet, tell us and we will specify exactly what to buy
  • One contact person who can make decisions
  • Reference websites you like the look of

TOOLS

STACK CHOSEN PER PROJECT

We are not loyal to one framework. The stack is picked for what the project actually needs — a content site, a store and an internal dashboard should not all be built the same way.
