We tell you exactly what the build needs so you buy the right thing once, and the custom source code we write for you is handed over once the project is paid for. That way you can move the site, hire another developer or bring the work in-house whenever you want. A website you cannot take with you is not really yours, and we do not build that way.

Yes. Every project includes a support window after launch for fixes and small changes — its length is set out in your proposal. Beyond that we offer ongoing care — updates, backups, content changes and new features as your business grows.
Often, yes. Send us the current site and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing and improving, or whether rebuilding will cost you less over time than patching it.
